Kula Spirit Wellness: Our Story, a Re-Introduction

KULA - is a Sanskrit word that can be translated as “community,” inclusion.

SPIRIT - meaning strength, the harmony between body and spirit.

It also has roots in founder Maiwenn’s name. Maiwenn meaning ‘pure of spirit.

Over the past 12years teaching Pilates, facilitating holistic therapies and hosting healing  retreats.

Maiwenn’s passion for movement and massage comes from a deep personal journey back to wellness after injury, turmoil and grief.

GARDENERS, WE GOT YOUR BACK
