WHAT IS IT?

Abdominal massage has routes in Chi Nei Tsang a form of Chinese medicine that utilises pressure point stimulation and energetic release to train organs to work more efficiently.

By working on the abdomen all of the body systems are addressed. Digestion, respiration, nervous, lymphatic , endocrine, urinary, reproductive, skeletal, muscular, emotional and energetic.

COURSE DETAILS

An interactive self-abdominal massage course

Join our comprehensive self-massage course featuring written instructions, photo and video demonstrations, along with four weekly live Zoom sessions. Recordings of these sessions will be available for offline viewing 24 hours after each event. The course materials are designed for flexible reading at your convenience, and we recommend dedicating 15 minutes to practical practice three times per week for optimal results. By the end of the course, you will have a 30-minute self-massage protocol and the knowledge to better understand and heal your gut.

After the course there will be time to reflect, monitor your progress and integrate your lessons with our online journaling prompt.

MY STORY

HOW I BECAME THE HERO OF MY OWN STORY

I first came across this modality years ago on my travels in Thailand whilst on a 7day food fast and gut cleanse. I had suffered for years with bouts of ibs and endometriosis pain.

Despite regular workouts and eating healthy my stomach could balloon at the drop of a hat. Leaving me bulging from the waistline and feeling very uncomfortable. Periods would be very painful, heavy and sometimes leave me bed ridden.

After seeking medical attention and being told simply ( without asking me for previous history) to quit wheat and go on the pill I knew there had to be something more I could do to understand my symptoms and gain control of my health.

I knew that wheat wasn’t the complete problem as I had kept a diary and the dates didn’t add up.

The same rang true with cycle tracking.

I had a profound abdominal massage session where parts of my body started to vibrate and sing, I saw colours and had a dreamlike vision. Then out of nowhere the tears flowed. Afterwards I felt like a cloud had lifted. I could walk pain free! The niggling back pain, GONE! The constipation, well let’s just say I had a great release afterwards. I had awareness and connection to my lower abdominals that I hadn’t done for years.I later started to utilise abdominal massage on my retreats with amazing results from my guests and soon realised it wasn’t enough.

I trained with the master and now treat others and practice regularly. I have found that a gentle tune in is enough to help aid digestion and alleviate painful heavy bleeds. I feel straight away where I need to work and know exactly what is going on in my body. My books are full and I have a waitlist for the studio most days which is frustrating because this therapy is so simple and can help so many people. This is why I have put together a simple step by step basic protocol. To give people education and tools to empower and heal themselves from the inside out.
