With over a decade of teaching experience. I’ve created a virtual studio and in-person classes that are your safe space, supporting your mind and body with pilates, movement, meditation and sound therapy.
I am passionate about creating encouraging, feel good sessions that leave you feeling strong, calm and connected. I guide you through custom built Pilates challenges with solid movement principles, moments to playfully explore and of course a sprinkle of laughter.

Book a class with me via the Pilates Space. A small studio in the heart of Letchworth, Hertfordshire providing mixed mat work pilates to 6 people maximum. All levels and abilities welcome after completing a beginners course.
Our intimate studio 1;1 room has a Pilates Reformer and a Wunda Chair and specialised pieces of Pilates apparatus Improve your mobility, stability and flexibility in your entire body on our spring based resistance exercises

WHAT IS ABDOMINAL MASSAGE?
Abdominal massage has routes in Chi Nei Tsang a form of Chinese medicine that utilises pressure point stimulation and energetic release to train organs to work more efficiently. By working on the abdomen all of the body systems are addressed. Digestion, respiration, nervous, lymphatic, endocrine, urinary, reproductive, skeletal, muscular, emotional and energetic.
WHY DO A MASSAGE COURSE WITH US?
Our courses are made for every day person in mind. We are NOT training you to become a master masseuse. We ARE offering time proven practices with science backed research to give you the tool to help heal yourself.
ONLINE COURSE DETAILS
Join our comprehensive self-massage course featuring written instructions, photo and video demonstrations, along with four weekly live Zoom sessions.
Recordings of these sessions will be available for offline viewing 24 hours after each event.
The course materials are designed for flexible reading at your convenience, and we recommend dedicating 15 minutes to practical practice three times per week for optimal results. By the end of the course, you will have a 30-minute self-massage protocol and the knowledge to better understand and heal your gut.
